Shipping Policy
At Mustard Cats Sports, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order. Here's what you can expect when you shop with us.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS, tracked and insured. The method used depends on your order value:
- 📩 Orders $20 and under — Shipped via USPS tracked and insured rigid envelope
- 📦 Orders over $20 — Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, tracked and insured
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your total order value.
Card Packaging
All sports cards are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left us. Depending on the card's value, orders may be shipped in:
- Penny sleeves and semi-rigid holders
- Team bags and rigid card savers
- Bubble mailers or small boxes for added protection
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the shipping method.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times vary by location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work to resolve the issue.
